'The Quarry' Fine Art Print

This pen and ink work was produced during my October 2023 residency at Q Bank Gallery in Queenstown, Lutruwita Tasmania. Queenstown is a remote mining town on the 'Wild West' coast of the island, and I completely fell in love with it during my extended stay. The houses referenced in this work are an amalgamation of real cottages in Queenstown; chopped up and collaged into an impossible tower. Brick and rock become one, with the homes teetering amongst the formations.
